The Houston Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Global Fraud Impact Award for 2016 will be presented to the individual who made outstanding, significant contributions to the worldwide effort to prevent, deter, or detect fraud. The outstanding contribution must have taken place during the twelve month period ending April 30, 2016. Candidates can either be self-nominated or nominated by a peer, supervisor, fraud victim, or other third party. Details of the contribution must be verified by two independent parties, in addition to the nomination party.
Contest entries should provide written details of the importance of the fraud fighting contribution.
The Board of Directors of the Houston Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners will be the sole judges to determine the winner of the award. The Board's decision is not subject to appeal.
