General Information

What if I need to cancel my registration? 

You may cancel up to 10 days prior to the event by logging in to your account a houstonacfe.org and reviewing your events from your profile.  Note that cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund.  If you have trouble you may contact events@houstonacfe.org.

Can I register for the Houston Fraud Conference by phone? 

No.  At this time, we only accept registration online or by email.  However, If you have any problems registering, please let us know and we can walk you through the registration process over the phone if needed.

Can I register for certain portions of the Houston Fraud Conference?

You may register for the virtual conference alone or the full conference which includes the virtual conference on Wednesday October 9 and the two in person days on October 10-11?  

How do I request a manual invoice?

Once you have registered you may login to your account and view your invoice.  If you need assistance you may contact us through events@houstonacfe.org

I have a group of employees that I'd like to register for the Houston Fraud Conference, how can I do that?

Group registration is only available for groups of 5 or more.  To register a group, email a list of people in the group by First Name, Last Name and email address to events@houstonacfe.org and we will register the group manually.  Please indicate if the attendees are chapter members or not.

How do I know if I'm registered? 

You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed the registration.  You can also view all your active registrations for any local chapter event on your user profile by logging in.

How can I pay my balance? 

You can pay with a credit card via PayPal or check through the mail.  Registration fees are due upon registration.  The address for a paper check is below.  Please send us an email at events@houstonacfe.org to let us know a check is coming so we can check the mailbox.

How will CPE be reported?

After the Houston Fraud Series, the Houston ACFE will send out a brief survey to the email address utilized in your registration requesting feedback on the event.  Once the survey closes, the CPE certificates will be processed and sent via Email.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
