Presentation: Basics of Internal Controls in Fraud Examination

Presentation Description: Unfortunately, inadequate internal controls can act as an invitation to fraudsters. So, what can you do once illicit activities have taken place? This presentation will take you through an overview of the importance of internal controls, focusing mainly on how they can be useful when conducting investigations. This presentation will conduct a deep dive into a few real life examples and cases.
